*Although we are in-network for BCBS IL PPO, Aetna PPO, and Cigna/Evernorth PPO plans, each individual plan is different. Please contact the number on the back of your insurance card to verify coverage within your specific plan such as information about: deductible, copays, coinsurance fees, annual visit limits, and pre-authorization requirements.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a scheduled therapy session, a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your session is required. If 24-hour notification is not given, a late cancellation fee will be charged.
